How to use Speakaboos
- Do I need to have an account to listen to stories?
No. You can listen to stories as much as you like without having to open an account. - What are the minimum system requirements?
We recommend:- Internet Explorer 7, Mozilla Firefox 2, and Safari 3.
- The latest version of Adobe Flash player
- High speed internet connection
- Computer speakers

- To view the stories on Speakaboos you will need the latest version of Adobe Flash player. Click here to download

If you are unable to retrieve your login information through the automated retrieval system, this may be because you submitted a different email address when you joined. - Why can't I log-in?
The log-in form is case sensitive. That means it distinguishes between uppercase and lowercase letters. Make sure to insert your email address and password with uppercase and lowercase letters, exactly as you entered them while joining Speakaboos.

Go to my account on the right hand navigation. On this page you will find the option to update and change your personal information. - How can I stop receiving newsletters?
You can change your email preferences on the account setting page. - How do I cancel my account?
Go to my account on the right hand navigation. On this page you will find the option to delete your account.

Downloading a story
- How do I download a story?
Click on the BUY TRACK or BUY ALBUM buttons to add the selected stories to your cart. If you are not logged in you will be prompted to login at this time. Once you have added all the stories you wish to download to your cart click on the CHECKOUT button and proceed to fill out payment details. Your stories will start downloading once you click on the SUBMIT button. - What credit cards do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. - Can I download stories to my iPod?
Yes. The stories are downloaded in .mp4 format, which are iPod-compatible. - Where do I enter my Promotional Code?
Click on the MY CART link on the right-hand navigation menu. Enter your promotional code in the text box below your selected stories. Click UPDATE TOTAL to see the new cost. - What is your refund policy?
Please note that Speakaboos only permits a refund of products due to a Speakaboos error and that all other sales are final. If you discover that your download is inoperable, please email us at support@speakaboos.com within thirty days of the purchase date. Speakaboos will determine if it is appropriate to offer you the following options:- Replacement: The same product that was purchased will be sent to you. A Speakaboos Representative will contact you within 24 hours of your call with the replacement product delivery time and instructions.
- Full Refund: If Speakaboos is unable to send you a replacement product, a full refund will be issued to the credit card supplied during the purchase process.
