Bio: Giancarlo Esposito is best known to theatre-goers for his award-winning work on stage. He has won two Obie awards for "Zooman and the Sign" at the Negro Ensemble Company and "Distant Fires" at the Atlantic Theatre Company where he performs and teaches as a company member. Most recently, he co-starred on Broadway with James Earl Jones, Terrence Howard and Phylicia Rashad in Debbie Allen's rendition of the great classic Tennessee Williams play "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof." Esposito's work in film has been dynamic and he has distinguished himself in films such as The Usual Suspects, Wayne Wang's Smoke and The Last Holiday, as well as Spike Lee's Malcolm X. His television roles include, most notably, "Homicide: Life on the Streets," "Law & Order" and "Kidnapped."
